Returns – You’ve Got 30 Days

From the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to decide if it’s the right match. If not, returning it is simple.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, email us at info@vellor-dublin.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

We do not accept returns on:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — because lost returns are fashion heartbreaks we’d rather avoid.

Refunds – Back to You in 10 Days

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note:

• Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

If your return doesn’t meet the conditions above, we may not be able to process a refund — but we’ll always communicate clearly and fairly.

Need an Exchange Instead?

At the moment, we do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order. That way, your next look is already on the way.
