How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is processed (within 1–3 business days), delivery time depends on your location:

  • Ireland: 3–5 business days (and yes, shipping is on us)
  • EU & International: 7–15 business days depending on customs and your local carrier
    Express options may be available at checkout for select locations.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. Vellor Dublin ships worldwide — because style knows no borders.
Shipping rates for countries outside of Ireland are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I return an item?
If your purchase doesn’t spark joy (or just doesn’t fit), you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. To start a return, email info@vellor-dublin.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you from there.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. It’ll be sent back to your original payment method — in this case, your PayPal account.

Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, return your original piece and place a new order. It’s the quickest way to lock in your next look.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only — it’s fast, secure, and trusted worldwide. You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card through PayPal.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes — each product page includes a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort and flexibility.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin prepping it right away. If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate. Once shipped, the standard return process will apply.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Rare, but it happens. If your order isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo and your order number at info@vellor-dublin.com, and we’ll make it right — quickly and stylishly.
